To Delete your Ganjan Taxi account simply go to Main Menu – Profile – Profile info then press on  “Delete Account” and press confirm.
Please be aware all you data will be deleted, including your information and ride history

Terms and Conditions for Ganjan Taxi

  1. Introduction

Welcome to [Ganjan Taxi] (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to both drivers and riders. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

 

  1. Definitions

App: The mobile application provided by [Ganjan Taxi] for booking and providing transportation services.

Driver: An individual who uses the App to offer transportation services to Riders.

Rider: An individual who uses the App to request and receive transportation services from Drivers.

Services: The transportation services facilitated through the App, including ride bookings, payments, and customer support.

  1. Eligibility

3.1 Riders: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

 

3.2 Drivers: You must meet all legal requirements to operate a motor vehicle in your jurisdiction, including holding a valid driver’s license, maintaining appropriate insurance coverage, and any other required documentation. You also represent and warrant that your vehicle meets all relevant safety standards and regulations.

 

  1. Registration and Account

4.1 Account Creation: To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. You agree to keep your account information up-to-date.

 

4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

 

  1. Use of the App

5.1 Riders:

 

Booking: Riders can request transportation services through the App by specifying their pickup and drop-off locations. Once a Driver accepts the request, the Rider will receive details about the Driver and the vehicle.

Payment: Riders agree to pay for the transportation services using the payment methods provided in the App. Riders authorize [Ganjan Taxi] to charge their payment method for all amounts due, including fares, tolls, fees, and applicable taxes.

Conduct: Riders agree to behave respectfully and safely during rides. This includes not causing damage to the vehicle, not engaging in illegal activities, and not endangering the Driver or other passengers.

5.2 Drivers:

 

Provision of Services: Drivers agree to provide transportation services in a safe, professional, and lawful manner. Drivers must follow all traffic laws and maintain their vehicle in good working condition.

Earnings: Drivers will earn a fare for each completed ride as specified in the App. The fare is calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and demand. Drivers authorize [Ganjan Taxi] to handle fare collection on their behalf and to deduct any applicable service fees before remitting the remaining amount to the Driver.

Conduct: Drivers agree to treat Riders respectfully, not to discriminate against any Rider, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Drivers must also ensure their vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

  1. Fees and Payments

6.1 Service Fees: We may charge service fees to Riders for the use of the App. These fees help cover our costs for maintaining and improving the App. Any applicable fees will be displayed in the App before you complete a ride request. Fees may vary based on factors such as location, time of day, and demand.

 

6.2 Payment Processing: Payments for rides will be processed through third-party payment processors. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that arise from the payment processor.

 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Riders: Riders may cancel a ride request at any time before the Driver arrives. If a Rider cancels after the Driver has already accepted the request and is on their way, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate the Driver for their time and effort.

 

7.2 Drivers: Drivers may cancel a ride request if necessary, for example, if the Rider is not at the pickup location or if the Driver feels unsafe. Frequent cancellations by Drivers may result in penalties or account suspension.

 

7.3 Refunds: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team with details of the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be provided at our sole discretion.

 

  1. Ratings and Reviews

Both Riders and Drivers can provide ratings and reviews of each other after a ride. Ratings and reviews are intended to help maintain the quality and reliability of our Services. You agree that your ratings and reviews will be fair, accurate, and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies.

 

  1. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Ganjan Taxi] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

 

Your use or inability to use the App;

Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;

Any content obtained from the App;

Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [Ganjan Taxi], its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Erbil, Iraq, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
